I have over 25 years of construction experience. From start to finish, and everything in between. Now as a Florida licensed home inspector, I offer my services to help homeowners make sure they are buying the house with their eyes wide open. I use thermal imaging when requested to detect hidden defects such as leaks, electrical problems, and structural flaws. Licensed through the Florida DBPR - HI 3145.
